As one of the nation’s premier education finance companies, Nelnet has been a proven leader in the industry for more than 32 years. Our products have helped students, families, schools, and organizations that serve them prepare for, deliver, and finance education while managing the administrative burden of doing so. As a Department of Education-contracted servicer, Nelnet continues to provide stability and expertise in a rapidly changing environment through delivery of premier service to schools and their students.

As our service offering continues to evolve in alignment with our customers’ needs, Nelnet Partner Solutions is excited to announce our new Webinar Wednesday series. Delivered on a weekly basis, Webinar Wednesdays will feature important training and topics of interest geared specifically toward school personnel. Sessions will be offered Wednesdays at both 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (Eastern). Registration is required.

 Using NSLDS (September 15 & 29)

This session is an introduction to NSLDS. We will discuss access, security, enhancements, how the new loan servicers are reflected, and what to expect in the future.  We’ll also look at how the FSA Exit Counseling site is linked to NSLDS and what benefits that provides for both the school and the borrower. (Approx. 45 minutes in length)

Using Nsight – Nelnet’s Loan Status Reporting Tool (September 22)
This session will provide information on how to use Nsight, Nelnet’s loan reporting tool. For current users and non- alike, this helpful session will outline the type of information available via the tool, how to set up automated reports, and provide a review of frequently asked questions from existing users. (Approx. 45 minutes in length)

Please visit the Nelnet Loan Servicing website and click on the Training link to register for an upcoming session. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions for joining the meeting. Please contact me with any questions
