This session is an introduction to Federal Consolidation Loans. We will discuss benefits, eligibility, the current in-school consolidation option, and how consolidation impacts a school’s default rate. We will also cover the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. The session will also cover the Special Loan Consolidation Opportunity that is in effect from January 2012 through June 2012.
