Pam’s Link Alerts: Quarterly Customer Satisfaction Surveys Begin June 4th

In an electronic announcement posted on May 24, 2012, FSA announced that the Loan Servicing Quarterly Customer Satisfaction Surveys will begin during the first week of June.  An independent vendor will conduct quarterly surveys of borrowers, schools, and federal personnel on behalf of the Department in order to measure customer satisfaction with eight federal loan servicers including CornerStone, Direct Loan Servicing Center (ACS), ESA/Edfinancial, FedLoan Servicing (PHEAA), Great Lakes Educational Loan Services, Inc., MOHELA, Nelnet, and Sallie Mae. The vendor will begin telephone surveys of borrower and school customers on June 4th.
