I just got this email on Tuesday – and the seminar is tomorrow! I would like to attend, but I have already made plans for tomorrow. In the future, please send this information at least a week in advance of the seminar. Thank you.

Carol, thank you very much for the suggestion. The monthly webinar schedule is sent out the week before that month begins, and then we send weekly reminders. You can also find our training schedule posted here on our website: http://www.nelnetloanservicing.com/training/. I’m sorry you were not able to attend yesterday’s training. Hopefully, you will find another one that works for you. We also have recorded trainings posted on this website as well. Thanks! ~ Jodi Miller, Web & Social Media Manager
