News You Can Use: College Scorecard

In February 2013, the U.S. Department of Education released the College Scorecard.   This new planning tool is designed to assist both students and parents as they make decisions in choosing a college campus.   Using the College Scorecard, you are able to look up the costs and assess the value of the colleges you are considering.   Each scorecard highlights five key pieces of data about a college: costs, graduation rate, loan default rate, average amount borrowed, and employment.
