It’s Survey Time!

The first quarterly customer satisfaction survey of the 2013-14 year will kick off the week of September 3, 2013. This survey measures customer satisfaction with the federal student loan servicers. Here are a few quick facts you should know about the survey:

  • OLC Global will contact a random sample of schools on behalf of The Department of Education.
  • The calling contact will be listed in PEPS.
  • The survey takes less than ten minutes and is specific to one servicer.
  • It will not compare one servicer to another.
