At Nelnet, we communicate regularly with borrowers during every stage of their student loan life-cycle to make sure they’re getting the most out of their student loan experience. So that you can be familiar with our borrower interactions, we have created our Borrower Communication Summary. This guide outlines the subject of each communication, how it is delivered, and when the borrower receives it. Here are two examples of the communications we send:

These resources will allow your financial aid office to coordinate your borrower communication efforts with ours in order to best serve and assist borrowers. Both the Borrower Communication Summary and sample communications can be found on our Borrower Services page.
