You Spoke, We Listened: Revamped Resource Library

November 14, 2013

At Nelnet, we work to provide a multitude of resources that assist financial aid officers in their work and students in their repayment. These include forms, worksheets, guides, recorded webinars, videos, and more, and are always available on the Library page of NelnetLoanServicing.com. Recently, our inventory has grown with many more resources related to current topics. To help you easily access and use these items, the library page was redesigned. Here are some of the new features:

  • New organization: It’s now easier to find what you need. First, select the type of resource you’re after: borrower resources, school resources, recorded webinars, videos, or forms. Then, you can either browse available resources or select a topic to further narrow your choices.

  • Easier to download: You can now download multiple documents at once. Simply mark the boxes to the left of the resources you are after, then click the Download Selections button at the bottom of your screen. To download just one document, click on the link to the right of the resource description.

This new format will make it much easier to access our ever-expanding collection of guides and references. Please visit the Library page to download these resources!

As always, we look forward to hearing your feedback. Let us know what you think of the new design and if there are documents or trainings that you would like to see added.
