FAO Training: Upcoming Default Prevention Training
Along with the Default Prevention section of our website and Webinar Wednesdays, we are kicking off a weekly default prevention webinar series to help your school build successful students and lower your Cohort Default Rate.
These webinars, which are held each Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern), will help your school identify the pitfalls that lead to default, build strategies to prevent default, and help your students stay on track.

Creating a Partnership with your Loan Servicers
Loan Servicers have the same goal you do when it comes to reducing default. This session will outline activities that the servicer utilizes and how schools can partner with Servicers. We will discuss trends seen on a national level, the importance of accurate demographic information, borrower education and when it should occur and communication strategies schools can undertake to support Servicer efforts.
