Leadership – Are you an effective leader?

Are you a leader? Leadership doesn’t necessarily mean standing on a stage conducting a meeting or giving a presentation. This session will give you a better understanding of different leadership paths and opportunities to grow your leadership skills. We will discuss the difference between management and leadership and help you identify ways to be an effective leader.
