You Spoke, We Listened: More Training to Better Assist Your Borrowers

We’ve recently expanded our training opportunities to include an extra day, scheduled on Tuesdays. Some of you may have joined our recent default management track that was held on Tuesdays during the past several weeks. We just concluded that series, and will now be focusing on offering training that addresses ways you can assist your borrowers and enhance your personal skill set. We’ll continue offering a variety of other topics on Wednesdays.

You can see our full list of upcoming training opportunities at www.nelnetloanservicing.com/training. In our library, you can find recorded sessions you may have missed or may want to have your staff view at their convenience.

In the near future, we’ll focus on some financial literacy initiatives that can assist your borrowers and give you a practical guide that can be used in these efforts. We’ll also address some things you can do in your office to help enhance customer service and cultivate your leadership skills.

We always encourage and welcome your feedback if you have suggestions on how we can improve the training we offer to schools.
