As a leader, you will make mistakes, sometimes more times than you would like to admit. It’s part of being human and being a leader. So when you have made a mistake, what do you do? The session will cover this leadership principle: The way you respond after a mistake always determines the quality of recovery. You will be provided with tips and tools to guide you through the process of how to admit, learn, and recover with confidence.
