Be Aware: Microsoft Ends Support for Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10

January 13, 2016

As of January 12, 2016, Microsoft stopped supporting old versions of Internet Explorer, including Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10. Because security updates and technical support will no longer be provided for older versions of the browser, users may be at risk of malware and malicious attacks.

We urge all of our friends in the financial aid world to check with their IT departments to ensure that they are running the most recent version of Internet Explorer and are not at risk of security vulnerabilities.
