Friday Fun – Decrease Stress with Laughter
Few people would argue that things seem a little heavy right now. Politics, hearings for a new Dept. of Ed Director, the FAFSA deadline change, dealing withe the craziness of the new semester, trying to stick to your New Year’s resolutions. . . . you get the point.
What do you do? Take a laughter break.
Laughing increases your oxygen intake, activates your relaxation response and gives you an immune boost (among many other long-term benefits)!
So, go watch a crazy cat video, share a joke with a friend, play a prank on a co-worker, watch a funny movie. . . . take a break and laugh a little!!
Always laugh when you can. It is cheap medicine. — Lord Byron
